PowerCode 1000-495 (2014) Christmas Means Giving Gift

This month December 2013 only those of you who order PowerCode DRX 1000 or PowerCode 535-1000 DCX or PowerCode 535-1000 DCX (7012) will get a fee copy of PowerCode 1000-495 (2014) this is just a Patch this doesn't have the new GUI yet.

how can I fix it?
when I try to open it 
it just stop at the loading screen
the recovery mode is still good
but when I try to factory reset it. I still get the same result
I rooted it before and overwrite some of the system files
thats why the factory reset is not good
need stock rom, custom rom or upgrade to fix it
please help thanks!
